Comments:
Concerning the Business Opportunity Rule: I have been a Mannatech Associate, offering patented glyconutrients to the public for the last 12 years. The proposed rule would put me and many other homebased businesses out of business. The rules are very restrictive and somewhat vague. The part about litigations does not distinguish between the lawsuits that have found the company and/or the associates liabel or not liabel. Anyone can sue. The Mannatech company has had very few/ if any lawsuits about the success of the associates signing up with them. Please drop, or rewrite the rule, to make it possible for me and thousands of other homebased businesses to continue. Sincerely, Nicholas Eltgroth
