My husband and I have been Scent-Sations Distributors for more than two years now. Orginally, we became distributors because we just loved the products that were offered. We also wanted to earn a llittle extra income in looking forward to retiring soon. While we appreciate the work that the FTC does to protect its consumers, we believe that this proposed new rule has many unintended consequences for us the direct sellers, and that there are less burdensome ideas available to the agency to achieve its goals without getting into the business at hand. We do hope that this matter can be solved in a way that will have no ill effects on our way of conducting business. We figure that if it goes through the way that it is set up now, we will have to let it go and that will be really unfortunate for all of the little guys that are just trying to make a little extra cash with a great product. Thank you for your time in considering our comments and hope that it works out for us all.
