To impose such a ruling as proposed would not benefit anyone looking at joining a direct sales company. It would only inhibit the opportunity to earn extra money. Unfortunately, those companies that are not honest will find a way to circumvent the rules/law and continue their dishonest practice. Please rethink getting involved. There are hundreds of honest, legitimate companies that will be harmed by your proposal. It will NOT stop those who are dishonest.
