I wish to express strong opposition to proposed Bus. Opp. Rule 511993. This makes it nearly impossible for a small distributor to continue in business. Many of us, like myself are senior citizens doing this business to help make financial ends meet each month and try to keep up with medical expenses. The 7 day waiting period which you propose for a new distributor to enroll would discourage most people from doing the business; they would go elsewhere where no waiting is required. You want me to disclose 10 prior purchasers nearest to the prospective purchaser. This REALLY scares me because you are putting me in a position where I could be accidentally aiding someone locate potential victims for future IDENTITY THEFT !! You also want me to disclose information regarding lawsuits that ALLEGE misrepresentation wether that company was found guilty or innocent-- -- that tarnishes the GOOD NAME of any innocent company that ever had been wrongly accused of wrongdoing by a malicious person . I find it hard to believe that my federal government would be encouraging this sort of terrible behavior. I ask you to please drop proposed bill R511993. Respectfully, Josephine Eberhardt
