I am very concerned with the impact this will have on my small business. When a distributor wants to sign up, (normally to get the wholesale price), the time frame, etc., required by these rules will be a detriment. Human nature wants the quickest, most efficient path. I already have customers who are retail who will not sign up because simply putting an order in, is more effort than they want to put out. Imagine a waiting period, etc. I recognize there are dishonest people out there. I have been selling and using Nature's Sunshine Products for over a decade. This is the most above board company I have ever dealt with. This will be detrimental to me as well as distributors under me. Although small, I wish to grow still. Please do not make it ten fold harder to do this. Neva Russell
