Please consider this proposed legislation as discriminatory and in violation of free speech, free trade and free enterprise...It would significantly hinder much cottage industry and effective marketing. I have been in direct selling for 3o years, am a Professionally licensed , 5 year degreed RN. It has been an integrated part of my effort to teach clientele healthier ways of living.... Please vote against Business Opportunity Rule R511993 It is true that the FTC plays a needed role in protecting our freedoms and security in the marketplace....rules are already in place that give consumer the 3 day protection. This proposal cuts farther into the fabric that plays an important part in our US system of free enterprise. Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts and concerns. Sincerely, Linda Bardell
