I do not support the possible prior restraint ruling being considered by the FTC, that would punish law abiding small business owners and require the sharing of private personal client contact information with new clients. I am registering this complaint to resist this ruling that would not accomplish goals of protecting the public from fraudulent intent of scammers baseed on the fact that they would ignore the ruling. The end result being that the law abiding business owners could be put out of business thereby hurting the US economy at large. Please do not institute this ruling. Sincerely, Eugene Virgil
