I am very concerned about the proposed " Business Opportunity Rule, R511993" and its ramifications on my small business. We live in a VERY remote part of the state, even by Minnesota standards, and I absolutely love it. But almost all of my business is done via the internet and long distance. To have such oppressive controls on the small business owner would in effect close my business. My husband and I also own a small fishing resort and almost all of our business comes from people finding us via the website. Please reconsider and keep the internet FREE! kathy Dannel Vitcak
