I am writing this letter to express my strong opposition to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. The rule as proposed would make it very difficult for me to operate my business as a Shaklee Independent Distributor. One of the most troubling sections of the propoed rule is the seven day waiting period to sign up new distributors. Most people that sign up do so to recieve a discount on their products. The proposed rule also requires a disclosure of a min 10 prior purchasers nearest to the perspective purchaser. With all the identity theft , I am uncomfortable giving out this kind of info to strangers. I would not be comfortable with someone giving out my info to someone else.This sounds like it would breech my privacy. Thank You for Your Time, Teresa Gerace
