I've been an "in home" sales person on and off for 25 years for various companies with multi level statagies. While making more money at some points than others with a few disappointments along the way, I would not change it at all. I am an educated person who has used these companies to make money on a part time basis. Albeit true that I have never made a fortune with these companies, I have made more than if I had been working retail or in general service businesses. Law makers in this country might begin with taking back the tax breaks for the rich so more poor people will not be tempted to go into a company they can't afford in the first place. Desperation is the driving force. Taking away even general oppurtunities is not an answer, but a waste of time for the legislation and a hardship for the companies that, while far from perfect, still afford something to those who are willing to get out and pad the pavement for a few extra bucks. It keeps them busy so they don't watch the news and see how they are getting screwed over yet again by the government. Just leave it alone.
