To whom it may concern: I am greatly in favor of the proposed law. I used to be a full-time employee of such a multi-level-marketing company. Ignorant people would call in so full of hope to get out of debt and solve all their financial problems. Often they would max out credit card after credit card trying to get ahead in the MLM scam. They never win. Even worse, many people call in to purchase the "miracle cure" drug that has never been proven and frankly, doesn't work. They put their faith in fraud and loose precious time where they could receive treatment from certified doctors. Please do everything in your power to protect the american public from the modern-day pyramid scheme.
