After reading information on Rule R511993, it appears it should be called the "Discourage Multilevel Business Opportunities" Rule. My understanding is that small businesses are the backbone of this country. Yet this rule does everything possible to undermine many of these small businesses. With my multilevel business, I am able to work at home and contribute to my family's income. Without this income, we could possibly be on welfare. I don't think this is what you really want. The paperwork and record keeping this rule would require would severely impact the time I would be able to spend talking with both established and prospective customers. In my opinion, the best thing that would happen if this rule passes is to have a tremendous amount of people become more aware of the continuous impingement by our government on our freedoms so that the outcome of upcoming elections would be severely impacted.
