As an independent distributor for Young Living Essential Oils since 1999, I am very disturbed by Business Opportunity Rule, R511993. I believe it places unnecessary burdens upon those of us who manage our own businesses and courteously request that this legislation be abolished immediately. I depend upon this business for retirement income and would be profoundly impacted in a negative way by the passage of this rule. Thank you for your time and consideration.
