In regard of the proposed regulations for people like me in the direct selling business. I am a senior unit leader now and I have been in P/L for 6yrs. When I started I was working 3 jobs, waitressing-nail tech- cleaning houses. With in 2yrs I was able to quit everything but my direct sales job making an incredible difference in my health and income potential. I have shared this business with many people and developed good, long friendships while giving them the same opportunity to enhance their lives while earning an income. Most people who are attracted to our business (greatly because there is no investment) are needing income right away for many different reasons. The regulations that you are planing will make it incredibly difficult to bring women into our business so that they can make income that we offer to them in a two week timefame. Your proposal will make them wait even longer. I never share private information about our P/L consultants and do NOT want MY private information shared without my conscent as well. I ask that you will please reconsider the proposals to regulate legitimate, professional direct sellers like myself. You will only end up impacting my income, my future, and the future of many people that need this kind of work. I am too old to restart and it will be a hardship for me.
