I think this possible "business opportunity" rule is rediculous. Are we not adults that can make a decision on our own. Do we need big brother watching over every little detail of a possible business? I do not think so. The idea that we would have to provide lists of others who had been involved in our business is going to make for excess book work and list making. What happened to the privacy that we keep hearing about. There are also legitimate reasons why a person may have leftt the business, such as illness or a permenant relocation or maybe they just thought they were not doing justice to the business. Why should their name go on a list that sounds like it is from dis-satisfied distributors. Also some of our distibutors join our business just so that they can buy products at a wholesale price. Why should they be put on a list. Does every person who shops at Wal-Mart or other stores go on a list so that we can check to see if they are happy customers. Our business is made so that someone can start making money by selling their products as soon as they get their supply. And they do not have to buy a big starter kit with our business. In our company we usually receive our products within two to three days. If someone had to wait an extra week that would push back their ability to put money in their pocket. And with the way jobs are in this country many people need this possible income. Do you on the commission want to feed their families and pay their bills for them. As long as it is a legitimate business we should be treated as adults with a mind and be able to make our own decesions. Also, you are asking that every company/person who has had a law suit brought against them be identified. What happened to innocence. Just because someone is accused does not make them guilty. Why should they be black-listed just because someone is not happy. If they are found not guilty then they should not be put on any type of list. Thank You for reconsidering this possible legislation.
