I believe that this rule is unnecessary and will work against the forward progress that our economy is slowing moving in. It seems that this administration is determined to slow down ANY productive activity in this country to hamper the economy through any means. This economy needs to be stimulated, not further regulated. I, as a tax paying citizen, DO NOT approve of this law and feel that it will NOT stop the SCAMMERS anyway, but will only hinder the legitimate businesses who have to comply with the law. We can't punish EVERYONE because of the actions of a few criminals. They will continue to do harm no matter what laws you pass, so don't punish the good guys. I have worked from home for 5 years in network marketing and have never had any problems with scammers as they are obvious. I think the administration needs to prosecute where there is fraud and LEAVE THE REST OF US ALONE and let us get to work to help this country thrive and prosper.
