Dear Sirs, I find it very disturbing that organizations in this country such as yourselves, the FDA, etc.; feel the need to overregulate any and every natural substance, as well as legislate the opportunities for buying and selling products that are much more beneficial to the war on disease than any synthetic substance. It is my belief that this impending Business Opportunity Rule is at the very least an attempt to add unnecessary time and red tape to those who are making natural substances available to a public who very much demands them. It is my wish to go on record against the proposed R511993 Thank you, K. Gregory
