"Business Opportunity Rule, R511993" This is just more rules that dictate to our freedoms in this country, we are becoming more and more like a communist country where our government wants to rule our everyday lives, and keep the poor being poor, and the rich being rich. We are not out to perform illegal acts we are trying to grow a business by sharing with others and give them an opportunity to have their own business at a cost that is afforable to most. There I'm sure are some that swindle people out of their money but why make everyone pay the price because of a few, and it is far from the only businesses that swindling goes on in. Is it fear of us being a success that is the greater problem, or is it a need to control? Take a close look at this proposal and see that it is not something that is needed in this country. I would think there are better things that you could spend you time on to correct in this country. We have waged a war on drugs, but what has happened to that? There are more people killed in hospital everyday by the legal drugs in this country, when is something going to be done about that, it is hidden and not talked about so that makes it ok? When are the real figures on those going to come out and make a difference in this world, we wouldn't want to put fear into people against the drug industry when they fund campains for politicians. But it's ok to put fear into people to signing into a Multi Level Marketing company, is this free enterprise? Our government seems to be in the business of creating fear in people not in allowing us to have the freedoms that this country was built on. Our soldiers fight for our freedoms, and politicians keep choosing to take more and more of them away? If this bill gets passed than I think there should be a cap of $500 or above put on with it, anything that cost under $500 to start a business should not break anyone for life, and if someone chooses to invest more than that, then make it harder. But for something that is that little of an investment should not carry a life's burden with it, to make it nessisary to fill out a bunch of un-needed forms just to make it tougher for the little guy to get ahead.
