To Whom It May Concern: The proposed Business Opportunity Rule is unfair and unnecessary. I have been an Independent Consultant with The Body Shop at Home for over 4 years. Not only do I provide for my family with my income, I was also able to find a home based business that works around my Multiple Sclerosis. Direct sales has been a godsend for my family and me. The propesed rules will make my business difficult in many ways. People join and leave this business for many reasons and trying to track the "how and why" would be horribly time consuming and would leave potential recruits with a bad taste of direct sales. I realize that there are many dishonest people out there and some control may be necessary in their regard. But how do you do this without punishing the majority of Independent Sales distributors who are honest and forthright? There must be a better solution then this proposed rule.
