My name is Bill Reifsnider. I am an independent associate with Pre Paid Legal Services, Inc., and I live in . I am contacting you about the proposed "Business Opportunity" Rule, R511993.' I have been with Pre Paid Legal 8 years. I am concerned because I believe this rule would have a negative effect on my home-based business and (part time) income. The Rule would require me to provide the names and telephone numbers of the 10 nearest prior purchasers of the "Business Opportunity" to all potential Associates. The Rule would require me to provide a list of lawsuits filed against the company going back 10 years. While the Rule's proposal might be well intentioned, I believe it is ill conceived. Please reconsider the unintended negative effects and stop this proposed rule. Thank you very much. Bill Reifsnider
