I applaud your efforts to crack down on scam artists. Admittedly, I don't know the fine details of this proposal, but from the bits that I have heard it appears that this will destroy many small legitmate businesses and families. Again, we all want the internet to be a fair and safe place for consumers, but crippling vendors by requiring them to divulge so much information seems counter productive. It will force many people out of business and will result in less taxable income for the government as well. I hope you come to a fair conclusion on this. Sincerely, Jason Moffatt
