Comments:
The Business Opportunity Rule violates the privacy of past business owners. Providing their personal information to potential recruits would mean that they could have potentially thousands of calls and or letters inquiring about their personal reasons for leaving a business. As a small business owner who recruits, this new rule would inhibit by ability to recruit women thus affecting my business.
