I am not in favor of this change in MLM and Direct Sales programs. I feel this would guarantee a loss of jobs and opportunities for thousands of Americans. If we could stop creating more paper work for people who are trying to work this would be helpful to people who are already loaded down with too much paper work. The fraud people are trying to get by with is not with MLM companies and Networking companies. These people are good Americans trying to make financial problems less of a major problem for people. I feel this plan would do away with Direct Marketing. This plan would prevent sponsoring people altogether. No one wants to have to go through all that red tape to get started in a business or to start using products from a distributor who has to check with the government before he can receive a membership discount. This plan would take away the privilege of starting a small home based business with low start-up costs because no one under heaven would want to go through all this red tape in order to sponsor into a program so ruled and regulated by the government. The paper work that the government has to deal with is already overloaded. That's the reason everything takes over six weeks to process. By the time six weeks passes by you lose enthusiasm. It's no wonder the percentage of failure of new Business start-ups is so high. This program would guarantee a loss of jobs and income to thousands of people. Having to receive permission from the government and retain copies of all description for three years is a task no one would want to do. I suggest we do something to build a brighter future for the people of America and not make a problem that we already have create a bigger problem.
