Dear Sir or Madam, I am an Independent Associate with Liberty League International. We are required to operate our business with the highest codes of conduct and ethics. Our Compliance guide is detailed and updated regularly to ensure our practices are within all legal guidelines. We market to others who are looking for a free market enterprise business. We do not solicit people who have not requested information. We provide verbal and written information regarding start up fees and the income potential or lack thereof. We also provide a money back return policy for anyone who decides they are not happy with the products or the organization. To implement any of the guidelines mentioned would prevent people who desire the chance to own their own business the opportunity to do so. In this job market where outsourcing and downsizing occur every single day, people are looking to have a business they can call their own. To prevent this from happening and endangering the welfare of myself and thousands of others to rein in a few unscrupulous companies is not only harmful but downright irresponsible! Based on the proposed legislation, I could purchase a new car for thousands of dollars more easily than I could start a business for our $49.95 starter kit. Is that really your desire? If you have companies that are not following the current legislation regarding income claims or start up expenses I urge you to take appropriate action against those companies and allow the rest of us to continue to make a living, support our families, and show others how to do the same.
