Regarding the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R%11993. The intentions of this proposal may be good, but this would adversely affect hundreds of thousands of independent consultants like myself who rely on the added income to their families. Anyone who sells Avon, Tupperware, Party Light, Southern Living, or any other home based business product would be prevented from effectively selling their products and being successful. I ask you to revisit this proposal. There must be alternatives available that would protect the consumer as well as the independent consultant. Thank you.
