I have been with Xango for little more than one year and I am in love with the product as it has greatly benefited my personal health. Xango has an excellent and fair compensation plan. I believe your proposal would drastically impact my ability to do this business. I believe this proposal would be detrimental to the millions of legitamate network businesses and needs to be more tailored and less broad in its approach. I appreciate the FTC's duty to the consumer and I am greatful you are here for us. I do understand that there are a number of fraudulent groups but this proposal unfairly target our legitimate companies as well. For example the 7 day waiting period is impractical and and creates unnecessary delays. A 30 day right to withdraw and refund might be more fair. Also your $500.00 rule is more appropriate for businesses requiring more capital investment. One of the best parts of Xango was the low cost to get involved. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.
