There needs to be enforcement of current laws not adding more useless laws! Many honest small online business owners will be adversely affected by this ruling. Instead of shutting down these hard working honest individuals why can't you go after the big scammers. This is just another atempt to sqeeze as much blood as possible from the hard working middle class. No one is against stopping fraud and scams, we are against hurting those honest small businesses.
