To whom it may concern: I am writing to express my STRONG opposition to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. In an effort to "protect" the public, you are proposing to limit my business opportunity by creating a large amount of unnecessary paper work for a business that has a proven track record of fairness and ethics. Prosecute those who practice "unfair and deceptive acts" don't persecute a whole industry on the account of a few. We will continue to exercise fair trade without need for your intervention.
