Dear Whoever reads this, I am writting this letter because I am concerned about the proposed Business Opportunity rule R511993. When I was a kid and 1 of my siblings or I would do something bad if mother could not figure out 'who did it' then all 4 kids would be punished. That way the other 3 would find out who the perpitrator was and make sure that it didn't happen again. Was it fair that the other 3 were punished? No. But in that case it got the job done. What R511993 is going to do is virtually the same thing. I say virtually because, in this case, EVERYBODY that presents ANY kind of business opportunity ends up being punished. Not just the bad guys. EVERYBODY! What's NOT right is that those of us that are lawFUL do not get the opportunity to beat the snot out of the ones that are lawLESS. There are MANY MORE honest Americans that would be punished unjustly than the ones that actually deserve what they'd get. May I make a suggestion? How about you scrap this and come up with something that isn't so IRON CURTAIN? Most of the time you guys are pretty good. Not with this one... R511993 has got to go. Thanks!
