I would like to express my concern concerning the proposed Business Opportunity Rule. I feel that the wait time would be detrimental to my business, as well as any future consultants. Also, the section concerning providing a possible new consultant with names and information about other consultants would be an invasion of privacy, if any other consultants are around that area. In Alabama, the state which I just moved from, there are very few consultants. Finding information concerning 10 of them would be virtually impossible. Thank you for reading my concerns, Leah J Heil
