I strongly recommend that you take another look at the proposed changes. The seven day wait for someone interested in becoming a Partylite Consultant could and will dramatically challenge my success in this business as well as the future consultant. And providing ten references is certainly an invasion of privacy. I take stict precautions to make sure I shred all paperwork with my vital information, so I would certainly take offense to my name being put out there for people I do not know to look at. The direct sells business can an is a profitable one but certain changes should not occur that could dramatically effect someone's success.
