I have read the proposed business opportunity rule R511993 and am very much opposed. In total the Network Marketing business model has a big impact on our economy. The rule if adopted would put that in jeopardy. I joined the Xango company for my own health, and have found great benefits. I therefore helped some family and friends to start using the product if they wanted to. I would never have gotten started if the person that contacted me about the product had to go into the rules you propose. I feel the invasion of privacy for customers is enough to overturn this rule. Think about it, would you purchase from a business that listed your name and number or if you made a return or exchange. Why not have Wal-Mart, Target or my Doctor and Drugist publish a list. I understand that problems exist and should be addressed to protect the public. This rule if adopted will punish the innocent and the guilty will find a way around it. Please think about it, there must be a better way.
