I'd like to request that this proposal not be passed. I'm a small business owner who receives merchandise from a company that this proposal would affect. I'd would not like to have my personal or business information provided to people who are local to me. I find that this is a intrusion on my privacy as well as not allowing a fair playing field for my small business. I have worked very hard over the past 4 years to develop my business.
