Please amend your regulation to exempt well-established and regulation abiding direct sales companies such as Partylite Gifts. Information is always available for new or potential consultants to verify the claims of Partylite, and to have to delay joining the company because of the reference rule, could possibly lower the motivation of potential consultants and deny them good immediate business contacts. Why penalize companies which have already proven that they are reliable and honest? Thank you.
