Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my concern regarding proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I am a Synergy WorldWide distributor who is very excited about my business opportunity. I have been looking for just such an opportunity. I feel the regulation being proposed would interfere with my ability to enroll new distributors in a timely manner. The proposed waiting period and paperwork create unnecessary doubt, delay and red tape. The Synergy opportunity is very straight forward and exciting. The cost to enroll as a distributor is very small and the products come with a full money-back guarantee. In addition, I find the products helpful for my health and well-being. I have a new hope and growing excitement in my business and have gained valuable experience and confidence as a result. I appreciate the work of the FTC in protecting consumers. I believe this proposed new rule has consequences which don't accomplish the desired purpose. America is the land of opportunity.
