These new regs would put a big stand still on my business as an independent consultant. I started doing direct sells because of the ease that it gave me with making more money and being able to share the oportunity with others. It these are not revised then I will possiblly lose new consultants and will make them think that my job isn't an easy one that they themselves would want to look into doing!
