Dear Sir or Madam, I am strongly opposed th Business Opportunity Rule R511993. It can prevent me from being a distributor with Nikken. I have been and independent distributor for 5 years and I am satisfied with the company's legitimacy and integrety. I must work from home and Nikken is the most viable and honest business I have ever worked. This 7 day waiting period will give the public the idea that there is something wrong with me or my company. My company already offers a 3-day right of recission to the customer. This is the same as buying or refinancing a home, which is more than adequate. The entry cost to get into this company is $49 for a business kit. If they want to get products to demonstrate and show , as well as use for themselves the cost can be from $3000-5000. People buy TVs, cars, etc for more than these amounts and they don't have to wait 7 days. The recordkeeping alone would be insurmountable. I cannot afford outside help for my business. This proposed rule is overwhelming and frightening. Finally, the proposed rule requires disclosure of a minimum of 10 prior purchasers nearest the purchaser. This is a violation of privacy and possibly lead to identity theft and discrimination.I am uncomfortable giving out personal information of individuals to perfect strangers on the Internet. I won't do it with my information. I firmly believe this rule will do nothing to stop scam artists. They hurt my business, too. I am a good American citizen and I'm trying to make an honest living! Thank you and please help me keep my business. Sincerely, N. Kaye Kraft
