To Whom it May Concern, As an independent PartyLite consultant this Business Opportunity Rule would seriously impact my ability to sponsor a new consultant. Companies such as PartyLite Inc., which has been in business for over 30 years is not a scam or fly-by-night corporation. It should be the companies who wish to start up that should have the waiting period and full disclosure with references. Business that have been established for many years, such as PartyLite should be able to file for exemption, as they are able to provide the required references and all their business locations will be able to provide proof of stability.
