Dear Sir, The proposed ruling would be a hindrence in my ability to make a second income in my direct sales business. As an independent direct sales consultant, I am a firm believer of being honest and upfront with those I come in contact with. I understand that there are many business associates that do not see integrity as the most important measure of being successful in any type of business. I do not feel that those of us who are honest, and hard-working should be the ones that suffer, and I feel that some of us would suffer from the above mentioned ruling. It is not fair to put limits on us, due to those who are deceitful, and those who withhold pertinent information when handling their business affairs. There will always be those that do not run their business in a honest manner, please reconsider the ruling and the consequences it may bring to a large group of us who depend on our direct sales to make an honest living. I am a single mother, and direct sales is a popular form of income to many women, whether single or married. I feel this would hurt our business tremendously. Please, reconsider this ruling. Thank you, Ms. Johnson
