As a PartyLite Consultant, to have my guests wait an additional seven days for me to close my starting show would be doing them a grave disservice, as it is they are very impatient to receive their product, as I am. This waiting period would also delay my receiving my first commission, and if you where ever in the working class, you would understand the frustration this leads to. What if every employer where required to make new-hires wait seven days before they could start actually making a living, our food-lines would increase sharply, don't you think???, or how about this--Gee boss sorry I can't come to work for seven days because I don't have gas money. The second regulation regarding referances, I don't want my personal information given to every Tom, Dick and Harry. There is enough identity theft going on in this country as it is, and you want to add to this problem??????? Carol Ann Wojtowicz
