I Don't think that a couple of regulations being considered by the FTC are fair to small businesses. 1/ A SEVEN - DAY WAITING PERIOD 2/ TEN REQUIRED REFERENCES I feel that a better solution is: 1/ If a potention new Consultant would sign up and start her business, then she could discontinue her business within a seven day period with no penality (as long as any product she received is returned also). 2/ Getting 10 references amy be considered an invasion of privacy!? Personally, I don't mind working in a small business either part-time or full-time IF I had a choice to stop within a 7 day period. DO YOU SEE A PROBLEM? Thank you for your time.
