Imposing a 7 day waiting period to start a new business is a ridiculous idea. Every person should have the right to check the business out and decide for themselves how soon to get started. 10 references required. How can we assume to require such a thing...we would never require a doctor to provide 10 reference doctors before they could minister to our health needs. Plus we could get into privacy issues in regards to other consultants with in our businesses. Let the people decide for themselves. Unscroupulous businesses shouldn't negatively affect those businesses that adhere to good rules, guidlines and ethics standards. Don't penalize the good guy becuase of the few bad apples. AND, don't enforce "Big Government" where it is NOT needed.
