Please reconsider your intent to put constraints on potential consultants for ethical, conscientious companies, such as PartyLite Gifts. We have manuals and other printed material that we make available to all considering joining this opportunity and make ourselves and others available to them to help them make educated decisions. In sales, it is very important to have people start when excitement is high, but this conservative company has nothing binding--no one truly has ANYTHING to lose, but EVERYTHING to gain. I've been with 3 companies in the Direct Sales Association for 20 years and none of them pose any threat to those who may try them out. It's only "win-win". Reword to only target those companies that haven't proven themselves. Thank you.
