I have been involved in this wonderful industry of network marketing ever since I was given the dream that I could help others as I was helping myself and family ever since 1966. I had five children and a wonderful wife to support and it took me 30 years to fulfill my dream when I found Tahitian Noni Int'l in 1996. It has changed our life both in health and income wise. We are both now "seniors", me being 65 and without this company that is supporting us we would have to be on welfare as we have no other income or even the possibillities of an income without this company. We are so thankful to have found a company that cares about people and wants only to do good for others. I felt that I would like to leave these statements of mine in a general form and not get into specifics as to the detailed "qualifications" and changes that you are intending on proposing for the network marketing industry. I have looked them over and while there are some that are worthy there are many that are truly excessive requirements and would definitely hurt tremendously and detract from acquiring new people to our industry. It is so difficult as it is right now to introduce people into the networking industry since there has been so much abuse in the past (and I'm confident that is why all of these proposals have come to light at this time). There is much negativism (probably rightly so created by the few in the industry who have done it their own way with minimal or no integrity) by the general public and most are very skeptical to begin with in entering this industry and when "excessive requirements" such as many that you propose it would make it very, very difficult for a new person who has never been exposed to this industry before to become successful enough to earn a living in this industry. It is even very difficult for people who have been in the industry a long time to be able to "make it" financially. I do hope and trust that you would reconsider most all of these proposals you are making in order to help people become involved in this fantastic industry and not make it any more difficult than it already is. Without this industry there would be no dreams that would be possible to achieve for the average person. I am very thankful for this opportunity to help other people and I trust that in all that you would consider would be to enhance and make this industry even more attractive to be involved in so more lives could be changed for the better. Very Sincerely and Respectfully, Stan Smith
