Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 I would like to strongly object to proposed legislation regarding business opportuntiy/Direct Sales Re: Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 This is poorly crafted, unecessarily burdensom, and clearly reflects targeted bias against the Dierect Selling Industry. For example, should an attorney, physician, or public office holder verify there income before we listen to or take their advice? I believe in fair business practices and honesty in promotion of any business, but this poorly crafted proposal is not in the Public Interest nor in Free Enterprise.
