I am very concerned that these proposed amendments would hurt our business tremendously. A waiting period would mean that people lose interest and not become consultants. Since it is a win-win situation for them, it is to their advantage to accept the free starter kit and immediately begin to earn income. Additionally, the ten references are not necessary. We have enough information available that asking ten diverse people for their opinion would only confuse the issue. And if we all agreed on ten specific individuals to use as references, their time would certainly be taken up by answering all these repetitive questions that could be answered by simply looking at the information already available in print. Please do not pass these amendments, it would be a serious detriment to our direct sales business. Thank you, Linda Ferguson
