Comments:
A long waiting period or having many references from other consultants can be discouraging and also invade the privacy of some individuals. I feel that we do not need to have possible new consultants wait for a week to start their new business. Many of them need to begin working ASAP to support or help support their families, and a waiting period serves no purpose.
