my coments to the new "Business Oppertunity Rule R511993" I am a new distributor with the business and I am sure that I do not grasp the whole picture. I do see how these new messures will create allot of work for the distributor and the corporate offices of direct selling businesses. I am in support of messures put in place to safe guard the un informed public from scames. I would like to place the burdon of resposibility on the FTC to concider the actual impact that their dissision will have on small business. Many of these messures that I read seam to have some good thearetical sence to them. How ever I would like to ask the FTC if they wieghted how easy it would be to fake the info. If some one is settin up a scame the whole thing is fraudulant and to back it up with data is not hard. To mantain that data for a lagitiment business would seen to be very laboring. Maby to the point of falure.
