To whom it concerns. Regarding Business Opportunity Rule R511993 In its present form this rule is going to hinder legitamate business to such a degree, that it could make it difficult if not impossible to continue to help people do business in the U.S.A. It is incumbent on the FTC to protect the public from unfair and deceptive practices. However some of the proposed rule will make difficult if not impossible,for me to sell Neways products and help others to launch there own Networking business. One of the most difficult parts is the seven day waiting time. Neways sales kit costa $25 , which includes rules of conduct and phone numbers to help assist new people to make informed decisions. People buy homes, cars ,vactions and expesive toys that can affect them in a negative way for the rest of their lives yet much of this is done on credit with no hope of improving thier future. This part of the rule would cause considerable amount of paper work and follow up . The new rule would ask that we inform of any lawsuit even if it is unfounded. In a time when people and companys sue for for no good reason, only trying to create problems for a competitor or with the hoe they may stike it rich this seems a little unfair. The Company my have been found not guilty yet still one much bring this up. For someone that is intrested this information is public. And last but not least askin for the 10 most recent enrollees is is going to create a huge amount of work and follow up as you would need to go back to these people and ask for thier permission otherwise one would be betraying a confidence and privacy. Not to mention your cometitor would be able to access this information. I have been a Neways distributor for some time now and got involved only to use the products. I had such good results as my health was improved, I choose to look into the business opportunity, what I found was a company with the focus on good business pracrises. As I began to show these products to friends and family my income increased and now it is what allows me to stay home and spent time helping others. As a result of my busines growth and my prior knowledge of business I was asked to join Neways Distributor Support Team .This is a group of Distributors from around North America and Mexico. This allowed me to see the quality of Neways from a much closer view and I can tell you I was impressed at their level of commitment to the rules of conduct and Government regulations. I appreciate that the FTC is protecting the rights of people mainly consumers, however I believe the new rule will cause unintended negative affect on hinest peopl.
