I feel these added guidelines would discourage people from starting this business. People already have enough obsticles to overcome to start their own business, adding new ones would be not only time consuming to both the new consultant and to the person who is helping them get started. Unestablished companies may need these restrictions to advoid fraud, but Party Lite has been around for over 30 years and has already established itself, therefore should not have to be restricted with any waiting periods.
